This short course has been created by the KFRS IT Department to introduce you to Microsoft Teams and cover the essential features you need to know.

The aim of this course is to introduce, familiarise, and equip you with essential tips to get you started using key workplace IT tools.

By completing this learning activity you will:

• Learn to connect and collaborate through Microsoft Teams

• Manage your email and calendar effectively in Outlook

• Organise and share files securely with SharePoint and OneDrive

• Apply best practices for working securely in a digital environment
